This is a really nice clean facility. The counter man was super friendly and wanted to help out anyway he could. He really expressed the security of the location. The location has propane, and dumpsters. All around an organized facility and it is a good area. I noticed they had U-Hauls at the facility and that is good for the area because the nearest U-Haul is 9.5 miles away. That is far for some people moving in the area. Keep up the great management.

Great facility and safe!! We have kept our boat in a covered spot for over a year with no issues or concerns. Rodger and his team have always been there to support us with a personal touch. They have the nicest dump stations, pressure washes, propane, and air for your tires. I highly recommend HV-RV. We wouldn't have moved out if we didn't get a slip on the water!!

I love storing at hvrv. The staff is so nice and accommodating, always helpful and respectful. Super clean and secure, the armed security is also very nice!

Super personable staff and very informative. Rodger explained everything in detail, and made certain I was completely satisfied. And the price is so good with all the amenities provided. Don’t hesitate on this place!

We sold our Class A RV in June 2024 and don't currently need storage. Roger and the rest of the team at HVRV are exceptional. They returned our deposit quickly. This is the only storage facility I will consider for future storage needs.
Prior post: FIRST CLASS OPERATION with lots of amenities. We've stored our 45 foot diesel pusher there since HV-RV's opening in November, 2020. Design of facility was done with an emphasis on making navigation for big vehicles very easy. Before finding HV-RV we were very close to buying a piece of land and building our own storage building or RV Port. Security camera's are all over the place and they have on site security company at night as well. Prices are competitive and they are quick to investigate anyone trying to tailgate into lot. I really like the fact that to exit facility you need to enter your code also.

Convenient place to store my RV. Also, has receptacles for trash, wash rack, dump site, and propane gas. Oh… has 24hr access with armed sec roaming around. Safe to visit at anytime.

I have 2 trailers stored at this facility. It is always spotless and kept in great condition. There are several amenities available: pressure washer, dumpsters, water fill up station, dump station, propane, etc. There is also night time security to keep the toys safe.

Friendly, full service RV storage. The property was clean and run efficiently. We came from Alaska seeking covered storage for our 40’ toy hauler. They were able to accommodate us when we arrived into Phoenix. The convenience of having a dumping station on the property was an added surprise.

I have used HV-RV storage for about a year and a half. Roger is super friendly and the place is perfect for any RV needs. Big spaces, dump station, propane fill, Wash area, and super secure.
