At HV-RV Storage, we’re excited to share the latest updates from our Surprise, AZ location near Loop 303 and Grand Avenue. Construction is moving along smoothly, and we want to keep our customers and the community informed as we work to bring you expanded RV storage options, enhanced amenities, and more secure spaces for your RVs, boats, and trailers.
What’s New at Our Surprise RV Storage Facility?
Over the past few weeks, we’ve made solid progress on several major components of the site:
✅ Foundation and Walls:
Southwest Building has completed the footings and stem wall for our new building. Next up, they’ll grout the footings, waterproof the walls, and get started on pouring the concrete pad. This is a big step toward making the new covered RV storage structures a reality.
✅ Property Expansion:
Combs Construction has handled site grading, wall footings, and prep work. You’ll see that Sunnyside Masonry has begun constructing the new perimeter wall. This expansion helps us create additional RV and boat storage spaces for our growing customer base.
✅ APS Electrical Installation:
Coming soon, APS will begin installing primary electrical service for the site. This ensures all future units will be powered, secure, and ready for use.
What’s Next?
In the coming weeks, customers can expect to see:
-
Continued work on RV canopies for our new covered RV storage areas.
-
More site grading and wall construction.
-
Further installation steps for primary electrical service.
We’ll continue sharing regular updates so you can follow along as we build one of the best options for luxury RV storagein Surprise, AZ.
