Work continues at our HV-RV Storage Surprise location, where we’re making steady improvements to enhance your storage experience—all while staying fully open and accessible for our customers.
Whether you store with us today or are considering a spot for your RV, boat, or trailer, here’s what’s been happening on-site:
Concrete Pad Completed for New Building
The concrete floor for our latest building is now complete, providing the base for future covered storage spaces. Our steel crew is scheduled to begin erecting the structure on Monday—another step toward long-term expansion and improved amenities at our Surprise facility.
Perimeter Wall & Canopy Columns Nearing Completion
The perimeter wall is currently 75% finished, with one section awaiting a permit before it can be fully enclosed. Meanwhile, canopy columns for Phase One are mostly installed and should be completed within the next week, making way for further structural progress.
Paving Scheduled to Improve Access and Minimize Dust
Our civil contractors have been hard at work prepping the subgrade, and paving is set to begin this Saturday. Once finished, this will significantly reduce dust and improve access across the property—especially helpful for larger vehicles and trailers navigating the site.
Security & Electrical Infrastructure Advancing
We’re also moving forward with upgrades to keep your vehicle protected and our facility well-lit. The electrical crew has already started installing conduit and piping for key systems, including:
LED lighting throughout the property
High-definition security camera mounts
Future electrical hookups for expanded amenities
Your safety and convenience are always our top priorities.
