Work is moving quickly at our HV-RV Storage Surprise, AZ location near 163rd Avenue and Grand Avenue. Phase One is almost complete, and we’re excited to share the latest progress as we prepare to welcome new customers into one of the top choices for luxury RV storage in Arizona.
Building Structure Now Complete
Southwest Building Solutions has completed the foundation and steel frame for our new office. With the structure now upright, framers and plumbers have finished their work, and this week electricians, HVAC, fire sprinkler, and security camera crews are scheduled to wrap up their tasks. Once complete, we’ll insulate and drywall the interior, moving closer to offering expanded RV storage in Surprise, AZ.
Perimeter Walls and Site Work Advancing
Our concrete and block crews have been installing retaining walls and curbing around the building. We’ve now secured the permit to finish the perimeter wall—a key step for creating secure, enclosed RV storage with 24/7 surveillance in Surprise, AZ. Painters have also matched the new wall sections with the existing finish for a seamless look across the facility.
Paving and Phase One Progress
Phase One paving is now 95% complete. Crews are finalizing curb and gutter work, creating smooth, wide access lanes that reduce dust and make it easier for larger vehicles to maneuver. These upgrades ensure our customers enjoy paved RV storage lots in Surprise with safe, convenient access.
Steel Canopies Taking Shape
Three-quarters of the covered canopy structures in Phase One are now complete. Beams, purlins, and decking are in place, with trimming and finishing underway. These additions will soon provide premium covered RV storage in Surprise for customers who want added protection for their vehicles. Alongside these upgrades, we continue expanding capacity for affordable boat and trailer storage in Surprise, AZ.
Looking Ahead
Over the next 30–45 days, our teams will finish Phase One and begin moving customers into their new covered and uncovered RV storage near Grand Avenue. From there, we’ll shift focus to Phase Two, continuing to expand our facility and deliver even more secure, RV storage spaces near Loop 303 in Surprise.
