Premium Covered Canopy Parking at 303 & Grand Avenue
If you’ve been searching for covered RV storage in Surprise, Arizona, your wait is almost over. HV-RV is weeks away from opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art storage facility at 303 and Grand Avenue, featuring the West Valley’s most sought-after amenity: premium covered canopy parking.
With our Peoria location sold out for over four years, we’re expanding to meet the overwhelming demand for protected RV storage in the Phoenix metro area.
What Makes HV-RV Storage Surprise Different?
Covered Canopy Protection
The centerpiece of our new Surprise location is our extensive covered canopy system. Unlike traditional open-air RV storage, our covered spaces provide crucial protection from Arizona’s intense sun and weather elements. Each canopy features:
- Professional-grade lighting for 24/7 visibility
- Integrated security camera systems
- Durable decking designed for Arizona’s climate
- Easy access for vehicles of all sizes
In Arizona’s brutal summer heat, covered storage isn’t a luxury—it’s essential protection for your investment. UV damage, rubber deterioration, and interior heat damage can cost thousands in repairs. Our covered canopies provide the protection your RV needs at a fraction of the cost of indoor storage.

Arizona RV Storage: What You Need to Know

- Tire dry rot: $800-$2,000 per set
- Seal failure: Leading to water damage and mold
- Interior damage: Dashboard cracking, upholstery fading
- Awning fabric degradation: $500-$3,000 to replace
A covered storage space pays for itself by preventing these costly repairs.
