What’s New at Our Surprise Storage Facility?
We’ve made significant progress over the past few weeks and want to keep you informed every step of the way. Here’s what’s currently happening on-site:
All Customers Successfully Relocated
All current customers have been safely moved into their temporary storage units during construction. Your belongings remain secure and accessible throughout this process.
Site Preparation Underway
The team has completed several key preparatory tasks:
- A temporary fence has been installed around the active construction zone for safety.
- Crews milled up existing asphalt and repurposed dirt to begin constructing the foundation building pad. Work officially started today and is progressing smoothly.
Foundation and Wall Installation Coming Soon
Next week marks an exciting milestone in the project:
- Once the building pad is complete, crews will begin foundation placement.
- Block wall installation is also scheduled to start next week, forming the structure of the new facility.
- APS service installation will begin shortly after, ensuring all future units are fully powered and operational.
Property Expansion for More Space
Outside the main perimeter fence, land clearing and grading have begun. This expansion will allow us to install a new block wall extension, increasing our property size and creating additional storage spaces for our growing customer base.
